We offer FREE local delivery via Rosé Designs service on all rose orders of $149 or more, excluding taxes. For rose orders under $149, our delivery service is a flat rate of $15.  Processing & delivery time:  2-4 days.

FREE PICKUP OPTION | Calgary and surrounding areas

For Calgary and surrounding areas, we have FREE pickup option at two Calgary locations for pickup service only.  Please note we do not have a store front or retail shop for our rose products.  Processing & notification of pickup time:  2-3 days.

FREE SHIPPING | within Canada 

We offer FREE shipping via Canada Post expedited service within Canada on rose orders of $149 or more, excluding taxes.  For rose orders under $149, shipping is a flat rate of $15.  Please note some rose products cannot be shipped via Canada Post.  A refund will be issued if we determine your order is too fragile and cannot be shipped safely.  Processing & shipping time:  up to 5 days (due to the current COVID-19 situation, Canada Post service maybe affected.  Please be mindful and expect possible shipping delays).

RUSH ORDERS:  Please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.  Or you may add a rush order note in the "Special instructions for seller" section before check out.  

PRE-ORDER POLICY:  See product description of the pre-order item for estimated delivery time.  You will proceed through the check out as usual & make payment when making a pre-order.  Your rose order will be delivered/shipped as soon as possible.  In the event we cannot fulfill your pre-order, a refund will be issued.
